Ahmad Hammouz, P.Eng., LEED AP® BD+C, Principal
Ahmad Hammouz is a Principal Senior Mechanical Engineer at GSP Engineering, where he leads the company’s mission to deliver innovative and sustainable building solutions. With over a decade of experience in mechanical construction, mechanical engineering design, and energy modeling, Ahmad specializes in helping buildings perform better—for both people and the planet.

Ahmad’s expertise spans mechanical design, energy auditing, energy modeling, deep energy retrofits, and building decarbonization. Throughout his career, Ahmad has been involved in the full spectrum of building energy and mechanical systems—from designing mechanical systems to conducting energy audits and energy modeling, implementing deep energy retrofits, and performing energy compliance reviews for high-performance buildings.

Sustainable Design Lead
Amr Abouseif is the Sustainable Design Lead at GSP Engineering, where he champions innovative, sustainable, and design-forward architectural solutions. With over a decade of international experience across four countries, Amr blends technical precision with creative vision to shape built environments that are functional, energy-efficient, and beautifully crafted.
Amr’s expertise includes architectural design, sustainable design integration, project management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. He is a Registered Architect with the Manitoba Association of Architects and a LEED AP® BD+C.
Amr has led and contributed to a wide range of projects across various building types, from concept through execution. With a strong foundation in architecture and landscape design, and a proven track record in design competitions and community placemaking, Amr is committed to advancing sustainability and design excellence at every scale. His work reflects a balance of technical expertise and creative exploration—ensuring that GSP Engineering’s sustainability solutions are not only high-performing but also deeply contextual and enduring.
